Devi Yoga on Sundays

Each Sunday from 6 pm – 7.30 pm at Yoga Space Fitzroy, I’m offering a yoga class combining- Stretching, Asana, Breath Work, Mudra, Mantra and Meditation followed by either a delicious relaxing sound band with Tibetan bowls and harp or a Yoga Nidra. All levels welcome. Cost $20.00 per class.1 hr of practice, 30 minutes of Relaxation.

Devi yoga is a holistic yoga & meditation practice that honors the Divine feminine through your body as your temple.Drawing from traditional Tantra & Kundalini yoga with new channeled celestial light body activation’s .We will be working with harnessing your innate energy pathway through Breath, the Chakras and Sound.

The practices encourage and train you to still the mind, generate & store more energy throughout your body, release toxins, circulate and release unwanted energy.
This brings a greater vitality to your system, resulting in enhanced Energy, Clarity, and Wellness with States of Bliss potentially arising.

About Sara 
Sa Ra is dedicated to sharing ancient Yogic knowledge. Sara is a qualified Tantra Yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra and kundalini yoga teacher, Reki master and intuitive .
She has been initiated to give Shaktipat – Kundalini awakening through the Siddah lineage. 
Sara is also a practicing artist and designer with her own label.
Devi Yoga is a new vehicle to share a Sara’s passion for the ancient origins of Tantra Kundalini yoga married with her devotion to the divine feminine energies of regeneration combined with the celestial knowledge re remembered through meditation and channeling of higher frequencies.
