Pastel Drawing and Guided Meditation journey

Do you ever wonder who your spirit guides are? Often we have a fascination or attraction to a particular culture or historical period – Animals, Totems, Angels, Galactic’s, Ancestors’  and so many other possibilities. We may not know why, but it can surface as can an ongoing fascination or area of interest. 

You are invited to explore this mystery in a soulful and creative experience is in two parts.

Beginning with a art class to learn and practice drawing techniques and effects using pastel chalks on coloured papers to support your self expression and confidence in capturing what you see.

Followed by a guided meditation, we will leave daily life behind and go on an inner journey to meet our spirit guides, or whatever emerges.

Sensing, seeing, feeling the spiritual energy coming through in the form of guides, ascended masters, angels, ancestral connections , sacred patterning, symbols, light language…keeping an open mind to what presents itself.

It may not be what you expected and just allowing yourself to imagine is part of the fun and mystery.

You may do several drawings during this process.

At the end of the class Sara will place the work together to look at  deeper  stories, characters and symbiology that arises from our collective subconscious. A fascinating end to the class.

Beginners who have never drawn, dont be put off you will be amazed what you can do, once you get started in this this easy-going and supportive environment.

And no prior meditation experience required, experienced meditators may  be able to go deeper.

This class is suitable for all levels and ages 14 up.

You can also bring inspiration, photos or any other images you have that you would like to work on in the class if you already have a sense of the guides/ancestors etc you would like to capture. Please bring any inspiration with you that you may like as reference.
