

Would you like to relax your body, quieten your mind and experience deep relaxation?
This two hour workshop will offer you meditation, breath practices and a Yoga Nidra.
You will be guided to enter and cultivate a sense of inner peace through a meditation practice which works with unblocking the chakras and releasing stress and stuck energies, utilising pranayam-breath practices and flowing into a lying down guided meditation known as yoga Nidra to release stress, anxiety and recharge your body. It is said 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equal to 4 hours sleep.
After the workshop you will feel relaxed,less burdened and refreshed!
