

Sage Yoga is designed for mature bodies and for those feeling like they need to get back into yoga.
This is a gentle and nurturing yoga class every Tuesday at 10 am -11.15 am.It gives you a regular practice to increase and sustain your well being, encouraging you to build flexibility and strength at Myrtle St Studio with yogini Sa Ra.
These classes are suitable for beginners or those with an existing practice that need motivation or if you are feeling a little rusty.

Sa Ra is dedicated to bringing greater wellness and knowledge of the self through yoga. Sa RA uses various yogic styles, translated into a unique blend of everything she has practiced and taught over time.
Sa Ra is also a certified Yoga Nidra Instructor through the Amrit Yoga Institute having also completed Advanced Yoga Nidra Training in 2017.She is a qualified Tantra Yoga teacher having completed a Tantra Yoga & Meditation Teachers Training in 2011 and advanced Tantra Yoga Teacher Training in 2014.She completed Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 through Kundalini Research Institute.
