She is a certified Yoga Nidra facilitator through the Amrit Yoga Institute (trained under Yogi Amrit Desai), with advanced training in both Yoga Nidra and Kundalini Tantra. Sara brings a deep reverence for the body’s wisdom and a mystical yet grounded approach to supporting your journey home to self.
